Jared
Jared is the CEO of Hope at Home, he loves cold water dipping (even in the winter) and is motivated by making a difference in people's lives.
Helen
Helen is Operations Director at Hope at Home. She loves seeing the difference a safe home makes to people and if she's not waging war against injustice, she's usually walking her 2 dogs in the countryside or cuddling them on the sofa.
Sarah
Sarah is Hosting Manager at Hope at Home. She is passionate about working with and supporting people in need. Sarah loves spending time with friends and family and loves being creative with painting and baking.
Susie
Susie is the charity's administrator, and loves being part of seeing people's lives restored. Nothing makes her happier than being by the sea, with family and friends, reading a good book and eating chocolate.
Rosemary
Rosemary is Hope at Home's digital communications officer. She is passionate about raising awareness about Hope at Home and enjoys creative writing, all things digital and spending time with family.
Charlotte
Charlotte is the Hosting Coordinator for the Midlands. She believes everyone should live in safety and with dignity. She loves Art and Photography and seeing the latest exhibitions.
Ruth
Ruth is Hosting Coordinator for the north region and loves, walking, swimming and reading, she’s also really interested in politics and current affairs. Ruth is happiest walking her dog (Ossie), spending time with family and friends and going to see random things at the theatre!
Meet the Trustees
Steve
Steve's day job is as a COO of a charity supporting survivors of Modern Slavery and those involved in the Criminal Justice System. For fun, Steve likes adventuring and cycling, as well as reading and he's busy learning Salsa dancing. Steve has two young children and a dog called Leo and lives in Sheffield.
Helen
Helen work in the homelessness and housing sector to provide inspiring leadership and clear direction to improve the lives of vulnerable homeless young people, refugees and adults.
She joined the Board of Trustees to share the experience, knowledge and skills she has gained within senior leadership roles to support Hope at Homes’ 3 year strategy, and enjoys studying and travelling.
Shayne
Shayne is a Human Rights consultant and business owner. Shayne is committed to the prevention of the crime, organisation preparation, pursuit of criminals and protection of all stakeholders inclusive of all the associated strategies around worker exploitation. Shayne loves watching football and supporting his son, daughter in law, and grandchildren in their pursuit of martial arts around the world.
Jill
Jill is passionate about tackling the injustices that exist in our world. She worked for Christian Aid for over 20 years and is now a coach working with those in the charity sector. She is excited about how Hope at Home is developing and feels privileged to be part of the Board. Her other passions include singing and riding a motorbike (sometimes at the same time!)
Joanne
Jo lives in a small village with her cockapoo Roxy, who she spends many hours ball throwing for. She has a son who lives in Australia. Jo has an established career in Financial Services . She has many hobbies which she enjoys including holidays, theatre, and music concerts. She's also a fan of the outdoors, marathon running and keeping fit and healthy.
