Jared and Helen Hodgson

Seeing the huge gap in provision for housing and support for survivors of modern day slavery and human trafficking, Jared, Helen and their three boys opened their own home to host in July 2015. This not only gave them valuable experience and important contacts, but opened their eyes to the desperate need of preventing re-trafficking and providing a ‘family’ and network of support for the guest. Deciding to roll the project out across the UK to meet this need was an obvious choice.

Jared’s background is in hospitality and this allows him to bring project management, networking and relationship building and visionary skills to the mix. Helen is an experienced community development worker and freelance writer. She brings her own skills of working with people of all backgrounds in order to reach desired outcomes together.
